Lockheed Martin is seeking a Technical Support Helpdesk Specialist in Warner Robins, GA. * Perform initial fault assessment and resolution in support of AFRC. * Perform touch maintenance and remote administration (Call Center operations). * Analyzes and routes all trouble tickets and coordinates between the Consolidated Help Desk, Client Support Administrator (CSA), local NCC, and other AFRC organizations to ensure problem resolution. * Uses a job tracking system such as RMS Remedy or similar service, maintain historical database of reported problems, and associated events, provide the local Accountable Officer (AO) with statistics of calls received, number of trouble tickets submitted, average resolution time, listing of technical bulletins and information guides issued, and trend analysis information Preparation and coordination with user and the government, reports of software, operational, or documentation deficiencies. * Coordinates between the Consolidated Help Desk, CSAs, MCCC, and other technicians on the status on trouble tickets. * Assist the Help Desk Operator and CSAs in problem resolution * Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 client and network level support as required More...
